Your Responsibilities as a Buyer

- Compliance: You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research chemicals and peptides in your jurisdiction.

03. Placing an Order & Payment

When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted by us once we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or concerns about order legitimacy.
Pricing
Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. We strive for accuracy but may correct pricing errors if they occur. The price you pay is the price listed at the time your order is confirmed.
Payment

04. Shipping, Risk, and Title

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL). We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss once the carrier has taken possession.
International Orders: For orders shipped outside our primary operating country, you are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and compliance with import laws.
05. Returns, Refunds, and Custom Products

Standard Products: Unopened, standard catalog items may be eligible for return within 30 days if in original condition.

Custom Peptides: All custom-synthesized peptides are FINAL SALE. Due to their specific nature, they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verifiable, documented error on our part (e.g., incorrect sequence as proven by your CoA analysis).
