03. Returns & Liability
LOG-03General Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and sterility requirements, BioSync Solutions operates a strict no-return policy on opened or used products. It is the responsibility of the purchasing entity to verify the specific compound (SKU, CAS number) prior to order placement.
Exception Protocols
Transit Damage
If the exterior packaging is compromised, or vials are fractured upon receipt, a replacement may be issued. Condition: Photographic evidence of the damage (outer box and internal product) must be submitted via support ticket within 48 hours of delivery.
Dispatch Error
In the event of an incorrect item being shipped (SKU mismatch), BioSync Solutions will facilitate a cross-ship exchange. Return shipping for the incorrect item will be covered by BioSync Solutions.
04. Regulatory Compliance
LOG-04Import regulations for research peptides vary significantly by jurisdiction. BioSync Solutions complies with all export regulations from the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Purchaser Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the importer to verify that ordered compounds are permitted in their destination country. BioSync Solutions is not liable for items seized by customs or destroyed due to local import prohibitions. No refunds will be issued for customs-seized goods.
Note: Duties and taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.
